Pricing & Payments

One-Time Setup Fees

  • All listed plans (Starter, Business, Enterprise) are one-time setup charges
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Full payment is required before work begins

Monthly Ongoing Support (Optional)

  • Monthly optimization and support plans are optional
  • Custom pricing may apply based on requirements
  • Monthly plans can be canceled with prior notice but are non-refundable for the current billing period

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital, customized, and service-based nature of our offerings:

  • All payments are final
  • No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be provided
  • This applies to one-time setup fees and monthly support plans

By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.


Revisions & Support

  • Unlimited revisions are provided during the setup phase for all plans
  • One-time setup plans include 30 days of free post-delivery support
  • Ongoing monthly support is available through paid plans after the free support period

Revisions do not include major scope changes beyond the original agreement.


Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
  • Obtain necessary permissions and consent for AI calls
  • Comply with all local, national, and international laws
  • Ensure legal use of AI calling, call recording, and data collection

You are solely responsible for how AI calling systems are deployed and used.


Compliance & Legal Responsibility

AI calling and automation may be subject to laws such as:

  • Telemarketing and robocalling regulations
  • Data protection and privacy laws
  • Consent and call recording laws (TCPA, GDPR, or similar)

We do not provide legal or compliance advice.
Compliance responsibility lies entirely with the client.


Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or service providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Policy changes or pricing updates
  • Errors caused by third-party platforms

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.


Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, designs, and materials belong to aicallingautomata.com
  • Custom AI workflows created for clients remain licensed for client use after full payment
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or replicate our systems without written permission

Service Limitations & Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Lead generation results
  • Call answer rates or conversions
  • Revenue growth or business outcomes
  • 100% AI accuracy or uptime

AI performance may vary based on scripts, industry, and usage conditions.


Limitation of Liability

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Business losses or legal penalties
  • Misuse of AI calling systems
  • Compliance violations by the client

Use of our services is at your own risk.


Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service for illegal, abusive, or unethical use cases
  • Terminate access without refund if Terms are violated
